Terms of Service

Terms of Service effective April 10, 2008

This agreement is between GleNet.net and you (the client). This agreement becomes in place once you place an order via our site and complete the transaction. While remaining a client status you must comply with the agreement to continue service.

1.0 General Information
All logos and page designs on GleNet.net our property of GleNet. Use of these templates and logos are prohibited without express written consent. GleNet.net reserves the right to cancel your account if you are found in violation of any or all of these terms stated on this page. GleNet.net also reserves the right to make any needed changes to this agreement and will notify all clients of any and all changes.

2.0 Domain Names
Any and all domain names that are registered through our services remain under the sole ownership of the client. GleNet.net assists in registering your domain name but will list the client as the legal registrant of the domain name. GleNet.net will be listed as the technical contact for the domain name for as long as the client continues using our services unless the client requests otherwise. Domain name can be transfered upon request for a fee not exceeding $10.00.

3.0 Website Desgin Services
All web design services offered by GleNet.net will be completed within the individual terms set with GleNet.net and the client. All custom built webpages will be legally owned by the client and not GleNet.net. For websites hosted with GleNet.net, all webpages stored on our servers remain under your sole ownership and the client has no obligation to give up the website if they decide to change web hosting services or web management firms. All custom built websites by GleNet.net will contain a small statement at the begining of the website code stating its creator. This statement will not be displayed on the actual user-end of the site, therefore all custom build websites remain brand-free from GleNet.net advertising or links of any sort.
